Only available for eligible items. Custom printed - cut and sew items made to order are final sale and non returnable or exchangeable.
We cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received.
A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

Please use the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email to track orders.
Will I pay for custom fees?
We're not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
These charges are determined by each individual country.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from the United Kingdom, Europe and the U.S.A depending on the item.
Do you accept orders placed from outside of the UK?
Absolutely, we proudly ship worldwide.
How long will it take to receive my order?

I've only received part of my order, where are the other items?
We ship from the UK, EU and USA depending on the item, therefore some items might arrive earlier than others as they're sometimes shipped separately.
You'll be notified by email post checkout as to when you can expect to receive your order.
However If you'd like us to check the status of your other items, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your name and order number.
When do you respond to emails?
We respond shop e-mails Monday-Friday.
When will out of stock items be available again?
We announce it on our social media - facebook and instagram, whenever we restock items.
Will I receive my items before my holiday?
If your buying items for yourself or to give as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is planned as there's a risk that the item/s may not arrive in time. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before a certain date. All our shipping guides are estimates.
Can I cancel or change the address on my order?
Once an order has been checked out we're not able to make any changes or accept cancelations.
